I'm onto rest day four, post marathon knee drama, and I'm not cut out for this mess. I need to work out like I need to breath. I don't want to be stupid here, but oye. The boredom! I need to sweat, I need to be challenged. Daily.
I wasn't able to make lunch time yoga Wednesday due to a last minute work meeting. I was tempted to try a cycling class, but I think that may be too much repetitive impact at this point. I'm getting around less like a Walking Dead walker and more like something awkward is going on there but I can't figure out what kinda gangsta lean. I'm going to try a work out this afternoon. Four days is too long to do without any type of exercise.I need to get to the gym, throw on some head phones and zone out!
